6 months ago we set a goal for ourselves, a half marathon. Through this process we fell in love with running. Was it love at first sight? We won't lie to you, absolutely not, but, we persevered, and have become addicted. Runners high is a real thing guys, we can't believe we're saying that either. We hit our goal of a half marathon and haven't stopped since. We know how daunting it can be to start, we've said all the excuses ourselves, but if we can do it, you can do it.
