This program has been designed, tried and tested by experienced trainers who have put themselves through every training programme under the sun, and we might be biased, but I think we've perfected it.

Why 8 weeks?

We believe 8 weeks is the perfect amount of time to not only elicit a decent amount of fat loss and focus tension around training, nutrition and routine but it is also the optimum time to not give you fatigue around training and dieting…..and if we said 12 weeks, would you not be allergic? That's way too long.
