This is the second instalment of our alpha female 8 week training block. This program has been designed, tried and tested by experienced trainers who have put themselves through every training programme under the sun, and we might be biased, but I think we've perfected it. 

Why 8 weeks, again?

We know where you're at, you've completed your first 8 week training block, and are probably re-doing a few weeks too, but you need something different, a new set of goals and training days. So we have a new 8 week training block for you with new exercises, sets and challenges (emphasis on challenge on the hybrid day… we're sorry in advance)
